I have seen the rising of the damned
Filling the air with their brackish pride.
And i have seen the fall of the gods,
Lifeless idols left as the wake recedes.

Recedes.

Vast decaying and never ending,
Memories serving a fading time.
New worlds rising from desperate efforts,
Ascending for flawlessness.

Resounding softly,
The voices of the past.
