In The End Of Times

In the end of times, the heavens turned to Hell
The age of religious lies turned back upon itself
Christ descended from the skies nailed to an inverted cross
Demons poured forth from his eyes and all mankind was lost

I saw this horrid sight of sorrow, war and pain
The dark o’ertook the light, never to shine again
Children drowned in raging flood, so swift was their demise
The holy church sank in the mud, nevermore to rise

The Star of Bethlehem fell burning to the ground
The Devil’s child conceived as sinners gathered round
Mary choked on her own vomit, sickening was the smell
Then the reaper took me to the very gates of Hell

I saw Lord Satan there, he sat upon his throne
He bid me welcome, for I am the Devil’s own
I stared into the depths of the infernal pit
Jehovah Dog was bound in chains, neck deep in filth and shit
Fuck him!

The gods fell from the sky, the sky fell to the sea
The dead began to rise, the saints spoke blasphemy
The gates of heaven burned, as Mother Earth did scream
To chaos all returned, tears in a prophet’s dream

The world began to die under clouds of poisoned air
I know that at the last no one would be left to care
Plague swept across the land and all fell to disgrace
The priest stood with trembling hand and clawed skin from his face
From their unhallowed tombs the zombie legions rise
To feast on human flesh, your life force they despise
The angels fell from Heaven high, their burning wings aflame
The human race at last is dead, we have ourselves to blame
