The sands of time they flitter away
We choose to ignore them every day
What waits for us on the other side
Or is there really an afterlife
We lie, we cry, we die from disease
Time breaks, we're broke, but not down on our knees
The lives we lead will be the death of us
No one wants to hear it, there's to much lust
We've had a taste of what's to come
