WE ARE SO CRAZY (95% AND 5%)

We were two young friends at the cinema lights
Laughing like we were the only ones
They said we were different from the very start
They never felt the way we used to shine

The cinema owner said we would fall in love
We rolled our eyes and said he was wrong

We are so crazy
We are so crazy together
We are so crazy
We are so crazy together

On that Christmas trip we barely left the hotel room
We couldn't keep our hands off each other
I made you kayak all the way to the reef
We stayed too long and got burned in the Sun
Riding bikes till my sister made us crash
We stole two glasses from the seaside resort
You looked beautiful in that green dress that Christmas night
And every night I kissed every inch of you
And I am lost in you

We are so crazy
We are so crazy together
We are so crazy
We are so crazy together

You took me to the rodeo that night in the cold
We shared my jacket because you would not take your own
We said we would marry at the courthouse one day
And Michael Jackson would be there that day

We are so crazy
We are so crazy together
We are so crazy
We are so crazy together

An apartment by the ocean, waking up to the waves
Two dogs at home and one's name is Minnie
We'd travel far and never stay in one place
From the city lights to far and quiet escapes
You'd be the coolest cop in your combat boots
Or designing rooms like only you could do
And I'd be a musician telling stories on the stage
Writing about us on every page

We are so crazy
We are so crazy together
We are so crazy
We are so crazy together
