There She Goes

Yesterday I saw a girl on the street,
I don't want her to look at me, I look at her feet and
I stood up and followed her but ain't in a position to say anything
And so she goes

Make or break today, I try to chase her till home, oh
She's so pretty, never saw a girl like her before, I'm alone
What can I do to make her appreciate me,
Yet someone does but I don't want her to meet or to see me

Again and again I play truant just to see her
I know she's twenty two but I don't know anything about her life

Today is the first time when she doesn't appear
I strive to her house but I find it entirely clear
For two weeks now I wait for her but surely she's gone
I lost everything, I lost everything

Think I'm sitting here today for the last time
Try to take her leave to be in line with my mind
I look at the street and I see a beautiful girl right there
Tomorrow I want to see her again

And again I play truant just to see her
Maybe she's twentyt wo but I don't know anything about her life
