The Frozen Flame

I've been thrown to this lake
Where my kind suffers of the frozen flame
The frozen flame - heart of this world
Burning, freezing deep inside my soul
Condemned by the hands of those above
My window is open but sun doesn't show
Within myself i fight with fear
My inner force needs to be released

You shut my eyes but i still see
You steal the passion that i keep within

You speak the words you don't even understand
You're slave to the will of the frozen flame

My need speaks to me
Vengeance it demands
I sink inside the dream
The depths of my mind
My inside screams and bleeds
I feel my life rewinds

Without hatred of mankind

I don't belong to your family
Built on the greed and pure hypocrisy
These two plagues served you well
Defensive walls, borders of your hell
Spread the seed, spead the evil
Consumed by one and then by masses
Preaching the words they don't believe
Losing sense for individuality

Shadowing the innocence
There's no moral, just intolerance
Frozen flame, empty inner-self
Emotion so reminiscent
Promises, never kept
Don't be fooled by the words they say
Rotten by the frozen flame
The soul of man, the soul of slave
