Something Unseen

Before I go there's something I must know just what's inside of you you can't control
That pulls you like a puppet on a string away from me to something unseen
Is there a goal that I have failed to see and does that goal offer more than me
Is it something or someone who pulls the string away from me to something unseen
I'd be happier to know that there was someone new
At least I'd know there was someone who would take care of you
Cause what if there's no ending to your dream
That pulled you away to something unseen
