The forces of time tighten the hand of sanity
The mind resists the ideas I want to defend
What will be the cost?
I want to find the middle ground where to stop

Demands rush to arrive
Everything has a limit
How far will it go?
Commitment, fear, pacts, and uncertainty
Give or take a few words
I don’t know if this is the path I want to follow
But I also don’t know which would be the right one

Confused, I prefer not to think
Sadness visits me from time to time
Making a grimace of winning
I ask it: Where to begin?
Silence annihilates me
Demands run through my mind
I start to tremble
And I wonder: When is the time to escape?
