Another Frail Horizon

The clouds eclipse a cowering Sun
An indifferent star
Which brings no life
It brings no light

A weak, cold flame
Its forgotten us
A sky cracked grey
Will never warm the world

The lakes and rivers will freeze
A warm-blooded planet is choked

My cold splitting skin reflects a dying world
